Class registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

By submitting a registration form, the parent or guardian confirms that the information provided is accurate and that they have permission to register the student.

3. Tuition & Payment

Current tuition rates and available payment methods are displayed on the website and may change for future enrollment periods.

Monthly tuition is due on the first of each month and reserves the student's place in their scheduled class. Tuition is non-refundable once payment has been submitted, subject to any applicable written policies of Tropical Day Studio.

ESTF families may pay through ClassWallet. Families paying privately may use the payment method provided by Tropical Day Studio.

4. Class Schedule & Curriculum

Tropical Day Studio makes reasonable efforts to maintain the class schedules and information published on this website. However, schedules, class availability, projects, curriculum, materials, and other details may occasionally need to change.

Tropical Day Studio reserves the right to make reasonable changes when necessary.

5. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All original content on this website, including written materials, photographs, artwork, graphics, logos, branding, curriculum materials, and other creative content, belongs to Tropical Day Studio unless otherwise noted.

6. Student Artwork & Photographs

Students retain ownership of their original artwork unless otherwise agreed upon.

Tropical Day Studio will only use photographs or other identifiable images of students for promotional, educational, or studio purposes when appropriate permission has been provided by the parent or legal guardian.

Tropical Day Studio may use third-party services to operate its website and business, including Webador, ClassWallet, Square, Stripe, email providers, and other service providers.
